Yes, these are the most current electronic versions.
How do I get access to the database?
Once you commit to subscribe, National Library Alliance will request that you email your IP range and a username/passcode that you would like to use for access. Please make sure this username/passcode is easy to remember.
Do I have to provide my IP range?
No, access can be through a username/passcode.
Can I get access both ways?
Yes, we do support access through IP and username/passcode at no additional cost.
Are there MARC links (records)?
Yes, they are available free of charge and must be requested.
Can I have more than one user accessing the database at the same time?
Yes, we do not limit your access, multiple users can get on to use the database.
Do the textbooks in the library ever change?
Yes, in December every year, we drop the least used textbook/textbooks and add new ones. Any textbook used less than 3% of the total searches is generally dropped.
Are titles ever added to the library?
Yes, in December new titles are added. Since our inception we have added new titles to the library every year.
Does the subscription price change from year to year.
Yes and No. We guarantee that the price will never increase more than 5% a year, however, over the past 3 years the average yearly subscription price has been reduced. The reason is the more members we have the less it will cost each member.
Is there technical support available?
Yes, through this office to get your initial set up. If there is a problem in the set up, we will provide you with an 800 number to insure that everything is running smoothly. After the initial set up, National Library Alliance and STAT!Ref will be available for tech support.
